How to Enroll - Computer

Login to your Toast account at https://payroll.toasttab.com , enrollment is NOT available  through the MyToast App.

1.  "My Profile" on the left menu.

2. Click "Benefits" tab.

3. Click "Benefit Open Enrollment" in the left sub-menu.

4. Click "Enroll in Benefits" on the upper right.

5. Confirm and update your address and phone number if necessary and click "Save".
   OPTIONAL: Add Dependents if necessary.

6. Type your Initials for the Medical section.

7. Choose the Medical plan/coverage level you would like or to "OPT OUT" by clicking the radio button to the left of your selection.

8. Type your Initials for the Dental section.

9.  Choose the Dental coverage level you would like or to "OPT OUT" by clicking the radio button to the left of your selection.

10. Type your Initials for the Vision section.

11. Choose the Vision coverage level you would like or to "OPT OUT" by clicking the radio button to the left of your selection.

12. Click the "Submit" button to save your elections. You're done!
